To kick off this episode, Catherine was joined by Julia Tink, Director – One Collective Group & St Remio Coffee. Julia spoke about her inspirational journey from starting out of a small PR Boutique to owning a successful coffee business. She discusses the importance of being a risk-taker as well as striving for sustainability and fair-trade.

To wrap this episode, we were joined by Nerida McPherson, Host of That Food and Wine Show and Founder of PAVQUEEN. Nerida spoke about her Pavlova journey – making her first Pavlova during the lockdown and then converting it into a business – due to the impact of COVID-19 on her podcast, that aired globally on virgin airlines.
