Welcome to the first episode of Australian Cold Chain Show with our host Marianne Kintzel, The Executive Officer of the Refrigerated Warehouse and Transport Association (RWTA).
To kick off the episode we have Matt Ott, CEO at the Global Cold Chain Alliance, who spoke about the change in businesses because of the Presidential Election and the pandemic situation. He discusses the issues of availability of vaccine in terms of storage and transport across the USA.
Marianne then spoke to Brett Lynch, CEO of Scott’s Refrigerated Logistics, about how the recent business name change would be of advantage and the lessons learnt for business from this pandemic. He shares his plans to benefit the business.
To wrap up the episode we have Patrick Hutchinson, CEO of Australian Meat Industry Council, who spoke about the meat industry which has been heavily hit with a deteriorating partnership between Australia and China. He discussed how to best move with the strength to 2021 learning from this year’s challenges.
